Very interesting footage of drag racing cars, motorcycles, etc. filmed at 1000 frames per second with the “Mega Mo” camera.

On May 3, 1998, Tetsuya Ota, a Japanese racing start was involved in this crash. He did survive, but had very severe burns. He later sued the race organizers and won due to the lack of response following the crash.

On Friday the 13th, May 1994 funny car racer Jerry Caminito reaches 280 miles per hour and has a massive crash…and survives!  Interesting thing is he doesn’t remember any of the events on that day.  Probably a good thing…

Ok, this is a funny racing video.  At the V8 SuperCar race in Canberra, Australia, a race car loses one of its wheels and rolls down the track.  Initially the commentators are concerned, but when the wheel finds a good home their concerns turn into laughter.
