While skydiving over Lake Taupo in New Zealand, Michael Holmes’ parachute failed at 5,000 feet up while he fell at 70 miles per hour.  Miraculously he survived to tell the tale…He landed in a bush and had a collapsed lung and a broken ankle - and this nifty little video documenting his fall.  I hope someone paid him for the original video!
